Kenya Police Investment Cooperative Society Limited (KPICS) is a leading Investment Cooperative registered under the Co-operative Societies Act. The Society is a subsidiary of the Kenya National Police DT SACCO.

5. How do I become a member?
Members are required to make the following payments before registration:
  • KES 2,000 entrance fee
  • KES 20,000 minimum share capital
  • Members are also encouraged to save at least KES 1,000/- monthly investment deposit.

6. What are the membership requirements?
Our membership is open to members of the Kenya National Police DT SACCO Society Limited. Membership to the SACCO is open to the public. You can also join as an individual or as a group/Chama/Detail welfare etc. Our projects are, however, open to the public.

8. How do I make payment or deposit to the Society?
All payments to the Society can be done via any of the following channels:
  • Monthly checkoff or payroll deduction
  • Monthly standing order from members savings A/C to the Investment A/C at KNPDTS or Co-operative bank
  • MPESA Paybill

9. Do you offer loans to members?
No, loans are offered by Kenya National Police DT SACCO. The main mandate for the Investment Cooperative is to look for investment opportunities and float them to members and other customers at affordable and flexible repayment terms.
10. Do you pay dividends/rebates?
Yes, dividends are payable annually upon approval by the ADM depending on financial performance during the financial year.

Investment Projects

11. What types of investments are available?
We are currently offering fully serviced and ready to build residential plots across the country. We are also in the process of exploring investments in other areas such as housing development, insurance, financial securities among other areas.
12. How can I find properties for sale?
You can visit our head office or any of our branches; contact us via various channels; visit our website; or use our online portal, mobile app - M-WEKEZA or USSD - *389#. Is it possible to also list?
13. What are the sizes of your plots?
Our plots are 1/8 acre(50x100) and 1/4 acre (100x100)
14. What amenities are offered in your projects?
We largely sell gated community projects served with water, fencing and roads making the properties ready for immediate settlement.
15. What is the process of buying a property at Kenya Police Investment Cooperative Society?
Select your preferred property based on our listing, sign the sale agreement pay the deposit and commit to clear the balance within the set timeline and transfer of the title to the purchaser.
16. What are the required transfer documents?
The purchaser is required to fill transfer form and consent in triplicate with the following attachments copy of the ID, KRA Pin and three passport photos.
17. Who can purchase the properties?
Our projects are all open to everyone including Kenyans in the Diaspora! We remain committed in delivering value for your money!
18. What are the benefits of investing in our real estate projects?

19. Can I schedule a property viewing online?
Yes, our website offers an online scheduling option. You can also contact us for purposes of scheduling a site visit.
20. How much is the deposit for buying a property?
Typically, 10-30% of the purchase price.
21. How do I finance a property purchase?
Personal savings, bank or SACCO loans. We also have a flexible repayment plan.
22. What is our repayment plan?
You can pay the full amount or pay a deposit and clear balance within 18 months.
23. Can non-members purchase the properties?
Yes, our projects are available for sale to both members and other customers including those in the diaspora.
24. Are there extra hidden charges?
No, our prices are inclusive of title processing charges thus no extra charges.

26. Do you sell to Kenyans in Diaspora?
Yes, our projects are open to all including those in the diaspora. Already we have hundreds of clients abroad who have patronized our projects.
27. What types of title deeds do you issue?
Some projects have freehold titles while others are leasehold titles.
