Kenya Police Investment Co-operative (KPIC) is a leading Investment Co-operative registered under the Co-operative Societies Act on 12th May 2014. The Cooperative is a subsidiary of the Kenya National Police DT SACCO. Our core business is to promote and transform the quality of life of the members and other customers by providing quality investment products and services for their long-term wealth creation.
Over the years, we have positioned ourselves as a reputable and reliable team of investment experts with a long history of credibility and track record in provision of fully serviced and ready to build gated community projects across the country at subsidized prices and flexible payment terms. Through the Cooperative, many people have been able to secure our properties either for immediate development or for investment purposes. These projects are all open to everyone including Kenyans in the Diaspora!

The Society early this year developed a revised and robust Strategic Plan - 2024-2029 through a participatory approach. This review was necessitated by the evolving business landscape as well as members’ needs. It seeks to anchor the Society into a sustainable growth trajectory
Kenya Police Investment Co-operative Society was registered on 12th May 2014 under the Co-operative Societies Act. Bylaws and relevant policies were developed.
The initial 2170 members were recruited in 2015 and to-date this figure has grown to over 7,000 members. Total assets of Kes.28M was consolidated and this has exponentially grown to over Kes.530M.
Launched the first land project in Kitengela and over the year’s projects worth over Kes.1.5B have been implemented across the country and offered to thousands of members and other customers.
The first strategic plan was developed to guide business direction for the period 2020-2024
A major policy overhaul was done in the interest of enhancing business growth and sustainability. Old policy was reviewed, and new and well customized policies developed based on the business requirements.
This strategic plan was developed through an extensive and consultative process where all relevant stakeholders were engaged culminating in a robust and progressive strategic plan. Strategic themes to be pursued are investment portfolio & marketing, funding and organizational capacity development.
